Forward Fold For Beginners and Intermediate

What exactly are we doing in forward folds? Tight hamstring tilts the pelvis backwards, flattering lordotic curve of the lower back. Hamstring is an important part of our muscle we use everyday, we engage them as we walk, run or stretch. Hamstring limitation may be compromised with posterior thigh pain over time.
