If we are not on our phone, we are on our computers, our desk, or driving. Notice how these daily tasks require us to use our hands, arms and shoulders to reach forward. Rarely do we have the chance to unwind these movement and open the heart.
This video remedies these habitual movements which leads to our way of being "comfortable," - rounding in the back, shoulders hunched forward and head learns forward. Our heart is protected and we feel smaller and smaller.
