This video is the 2nd half of the class of beginner class. We will work on wide legged forward fold, twists and what it means to fold forward and twist. We will also work on strengthening the back and abdomen muscles. Unwind with supine twist and a sweet savasana. For this class, You’ll need a mat and a chair. Enjoy!
